They are looking for a Senior Public Relations & Marketing Account Professional to consult clients on integrated marketing strategies and manage account teams to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively consult clients on integrated marketing and communication strategies
• Effectively manage account teams to service the scope of work with outcomes that meet and exceed client expectations
• Build strong relationships with clients to retain and grow a portfolio of accounts
• Lead and participate in all stages of new business pitches
• Counsel clients in one-to-one settings as a primary strategic partner
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the overall financial services industry
• Have extensive experience working within an Agency setting, handling multiple client accounts and leading account teams
• Hold honest, 'tough' conversations with client contacts to ensure the client is happy and the account is retained or growing
• Manage up and down to ensure that teams are meeting their deadlines and goals
• Have a passion for creating excellent and high-quality deliverables and engaging contributions to the Vested culture
• Maintain a strong spirit of collaboration and encourage teamwork across their accounts

Skills

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the overall financial services industry, spending a minimum of 5 years working with financial services clients
• Have extensive experience working within an Agency setting, handling multiple client accounts and leading account teams and understand how different media channels can be applied to meet objectives
• Hold honest, 'tough' conversations with client contacts to ensure the client is happy and the account is retained or growing
• Manage up and down to ensure that teams are meeting their deadlines and goals
• Have a passion for creating excellent and high-quality deliverables and engaging contributions to the Vested culture
• Maintain a strong spirit of collaboration and encourage teamwork across their accounts
