Wise Integration is seeking a Senior Power BI Data Analyst to support the Retail Credit Risk & Monitoring team within the Cash Loans value stream. The role involves transforming high-quality data into actionable insights through effective dashboards and reporting solutions, addressing the current gap in Power BI expertise.

Skills

• Senior level (7–10 years of experience), with strong consulting and stakeholder management capabilities, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience working within the banking sector
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, including designing and developing sophisticated dashboards and reports that support informed decision-making
• Proven experience transforming and structuring cloud-based data into consolidated reporting tables
• Practical experience working with AWS-based data sources and building reports that automatically synchronize with underlying datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience within the Credit Risk domain
• Candidates based in the Baltics are preferred
