This role involves optimizing revenue cycle operations through analytics, automation, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives that drive Revenue Cycle transformation, process optimization, and cost efficiency
• Leverage AI, advanced analytics, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational performance, reduce cost per unit (cost/RX, cost/patient), and enhance both patient and colleague experience
• Deliver data-driven insights, accelerate automation, and enable scalable, efficient operations across the Revenue Cycle

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle, Finance, business analytics, continuous improvement, or project management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Ability to travel up to 20% (including by plane)
• Bachelor's Degree; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher)
• Management Professional Certified - PMP
• Experience with AI, automation, or advanced analytics (predictive modeling, GenAI tools)
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management
• Experience in healthcare, infusion services, or regulated environments
• Experience driving automation or digital transformation initiatives
