Sales Search Partners is a growing, PE-backed animal healthcare organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in a newly created Commercial Finance role. This position serves as a key business partner, delivering revenue analytics, pricing insights, forecasting, and strategic decision support to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial leaders on revenue growth initiatives
• Analyze pricing, product mix, channel performance, and profitability
• Build financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
• Develop dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
• Perform variance analysis, scenario modeling, and revenue forecasting
• Present actionable insights to senior leadership

Skills

• 3-10 years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Financial Analysis experience
• Strong revenue analytics background required
• Experience supporting Sales and/or Marketing organizations
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI, Tableau, and SAP experience are pluses
• Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
• Power BI, Tableau, and SAP experience are pluses
