They are seeking experienced Financial Advisors to conduct retirement-focused planning conversations and provide clients with clear, compliant recommendations on investment and annuity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct retirement-focused planning conversations with pre-retirees and retirees
• Lead 12–15 new initial appointments per week, with additional follow-ups as needed
• Deliver clear, compliant recommendations across investment and annuity solutions
• Operate within a fiduciary-first, team-based sales environment
• Work closely with internal support, onboarding, and operations teams so you can stay client-facing
• You are not responsible for marketing, ad spend or building funnels. Your job is to advise and close

Skills

• Active Series 65
• Active Life & Health insurance license
• Minimum 3–5 years of client-facing advisory experience
• Insurance-only backgrounds do not qualify
• Strong consultative sales skills
• Comfort working with retirement-age clients
• Proven Fixed Indexed Annuity experience (3+ years preferred)
