The role involves managing enterprise applications and complex third-party integrations, ensuring successful collaboration with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of Product Management, Application Management, or Business Systems leadership experience
• Experience owning enterprise applications and complex third-party integrations
• Strong knowledge of: SFTP file transmissions, File-based integrations, API integrations, Web services, Enterprise application ecosystems
• Experience managing storefront, ecommerce, customer portal, or digital transaction platforms
• Demonstrated success collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and application release management processes
• Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and production support
• Experience with healthcare, benefits, financial services, retail, or highly regulated industries
• Knowledge of EDI transactions and trading partner management
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and order management systems
• Experience with middleware and integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, IBM Integration Bus, etc.)
• Understanding of cloud-based application architectures and SaaS platforms
• Experience managing multiple vendors and outsourced technology partners
• Product Owner or Agile certifications preferred
