Stott and May is supporting a rapidly growing FinTech client that is looking to hire a Senior Data Engineer to help scale and modernize their data platform. This role will play a key part in supporting critical lending and financial operations while helping drive the next phase of the company's data strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and data platforms
• Support data initiatives across lending, servicing, and broader financial operations
• Work with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions
• Help improve data architecture, performance, and scalability across cloud environments
• Contribute to the growth and modernization of the organization's data capabilities

Skills

• Strong experience as a Data Engineer in modern cloud environments
• Expertise building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data platforms
• Experience working with large and complex datasets
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
• Prior experience within FinTech, banking, lending, payments, or financial services is highly preferred
