As a Senior Consultant and Project Manager, you will drive the successful delivery of SAP Business One implementations for clients across the Nordic region, serving as a trusted advisor and technical expert throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing end-to-end ERP projects, including project planning, estimates, scoping, and requirements gathering throughout the product’s implementation and deployment
• Proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate customers' requirements while providing product expertise, defining optimized technical and functional design throughout the implementation project, to meet the customer's business needs
• Work closely and collaboratively in a team environment with the project's stakeholders to ensure successful implementation

Skills

• Wide knowledge of SAP Business One of all core modules, and core AddOns
• 5 years' experience in SAP Business One
• 7 years of ERP experience
• Wide experience in MS-SQL Server or HANA and Crystal Reports
• Experience in developing and executing end-to-end projects, including project planning, estimates, scoping, and requirements gathering throughout the product's implementation and deployment
• Finance or production/ logistics background
• SAP B1
• MS-SQL Server or HANA and Crystal Reports
• At least one of the Nordic languages
• English: Fluent
• Service and customer orientation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a global multi-cultural team
• Self-motivated, fast learner, and ability of multi-tasking
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-management skills
• Good knowledge about SAP Business One integration options (Service Layer/ Integration Framework)
• Previous experience in leading projects
