The role involves delivering unique data migration technology and business solutions to clients across various industries, utilizing Syniti's tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unique data migration technology and business solutions to clients across industries, including: Financial Services, Pharma & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Utilities
• Utilize Syniti's Data Migration methodology
• Utilize Syniti's tools, working to prescribed development standards
• Develop and evaluate all technical solutions per functional specifications and business processes
• Implement and develop customer deliverables based on underlying technical data structures and definitions of assigned functional process area
• Develop data migration rules and reports in the Syniti's tools as per supplied specification
• Evaluate and contribute to ongoing data migration design for assigned process area through data analysis, reporting and collaboration with on-site Syniti and client colleagues
• Provide strategic and tactical advice to team members in data/information conversation from legacy systems to target systems
• Support provision of streamlined migration solutions to aid further enhancement of the technical solution and aid training to team members
• Identify possible Sales opportunities for both software and services; identify when/where project scope lends itself to a sales opportunity
• Serve as decision-maker for the technical solution(s) proposed for future opportunities (e.g., growth, projects, sales, relationship-building)
• Create and maintain data load programs
• Maintain related documentation
• Execute of end-to-end data loads and reconciliations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or closely related field
• Five (5) years of experience in functional ERP or in any occupation in which the experience was gained
• Demonstrated experience with: Data Migration
• Demonstrated experience with: Data Quality
• Demonstrated experience with: Data Analysis
• Project experience across multiple ERP implementations
• Database experience in SQL Server and Oracle
