As a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, you will design and optimize AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients, collaborating with various teams to ensure technical excellence and deliver business value.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand customer goals and design tailored solutions using Inbenta’s AI platform
• Deliver compelling demos and proof-of-concepts, showcasing Inbenta’s AI products and tools
• Lead technical discovery sessions and present architecture recommendations
• Translate business requirements into technical configurations and workflows
• Deploy and configure Inbenta products
• Collaborate with customer teams to ensure smooth onboarding and go-live
• Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting post-deployment
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer technical teams, ensuring long-term success
• Work closely with Product teams to provide feedback and influence roadmap decisions
• Document technical processes and share best practices internally and with clients
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or AI/NLP environments
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture
• Hands-on experience with solution design, integration, and deployment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with a passion for customer success and team development
• Fluency in English and Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus
• Familiarity with GenAI, NLP, or chatbot technologies is a strong plus
