Akkodis is seeking a Senior AI Engineer / Data Scientist with expertise in Machine Learning, MLOps, and Generative AI to join their consulting team. The role involves designing, deploying, and optimizing production-grade AI solutions for enterprise clients while collaborating with stakeholders to address complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Machine Learning implementations for enterprise clients, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain production-grade ML pipelines with a strong emphasis on MLOps, CI/CD automation, model monitoring, and versioning
• Develop and optimize Generative AI, LLM, RAG, and NLP solutions for production environments
• Build and manage scalable ML infrastructure using Docker, data orchestration tools, and distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of ML systems

Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining Machine Learning models in production environments
• 3+ years of customer-facing consulting, Professional Services, or Solutions Architect experience
• Strong expertise in the complete MLOps lifecycle, including model versioning, testing, deployment, monitoring, and automation
• Hands-on experience with Docker, containerization, and ML/data pipeline orchestration
• Proven experience deploying Generative AI, LLM, RAG, and NLP solutions for enterprise applications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Databricks and modern MLOps platforms
• Strong knowledge of distributed computing and large-scale data processing using Apache Spark
• Experience designing scalable AI architectures for enterprise environments
• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies
