Attivo Partners is a fast-growing full-service finance and accounting consulting firm headquartered in San Francisco, providing fractional CFO and accounting services to venture-backed emerging growth clients. The Senior Accountant will take ownership of critical accounting tasks and support the accounting and reporting function to scale with the company’s rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform day to day accounting duties in AP, AR, cash management, payroll, FA, GL and other duties as assigned
• Assist with the monthly close process by posting monthly journal entries, performing account reconciliations and ad-hoc financial analysis
• Assist in maintaining regular contact and building solid working relationships with various groups to ensure a high level of customer service and work product
• Assist on projects and ad hoc assignments as needed

• Experience with standard software solutions preferred, for example: QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, Campfire, Brex, Ramp, Rippling, Gusto, Rillet, Carta
• Experience implementing workflow automation or AI-enabled tools preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Preferred
