Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TALENT Software Services is seeking a Recruiter 3 to source technical talent and drive stakeholder relationships. The role involves offer negotiations and participation in team meetings to improve sourcing strategies and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing technical talent (Full Stack Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, etc.)
• Drive stakeholder relationships (intake meetings, weekly check-ins, gathering feedback, offer negotiations)
• Offer negotiations with candidates (partner with Compensation, HMs, HR, candidate expectations)
• Participate in daily and weekly team meetings (call out gaps, areas for improvement, drive solutions that impact the broader team)

Skills

• Passive and Strategic Sourcing abilities (Boolean search, LinkedIn, where does talent 'live', etc)
• Communication skills (clear outreaches, strong engagement, ability to manage stakeholders)
• Technical Fluency - Ability to screen technical talent for hard skills and culture fit
• Familiarity with Microsoft suite or equivalent
• Data analysis (how to build sourcing strategy based on data, conversion metrics)
• Industry awareness (talent trends, market trends)
• Critical eye for process improvements and driving solutions
• College degree preferred
