The role focuses on analyzing processes and designing systems to integrate business models with modern technology, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and expertise in SAP Quality Management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze organization structures and design complex processes and systems within SAP Quality Management (QM)
• Evaluate the current state of business workflows, gather customer requirements, and define future-state business solutions
• Drive the analysis of complex business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Research, gather, and synthesize technical information to support strategic data engineering and integration decisions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project goals
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and emerging trends within the quality management and integration domains

Skills

• SAP Quality Management (QM) – Master Proficiency (5+ years)
• Business Analysis & Systems Design (5+ years)
• Experience with S/4HANA Solutions / Large-scale ERP implementations (3+ years)
