The Momba Group is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of Salesforce-based product solutions. This role is responsible for leveraging data, customer insights, and platform capabilities to drive product adoption, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap, translating strategic objectives into clear execution plans
• Gather and prioritize product requirements through customer research, interviews, and market analysis
• Make data-driven decisions on product features, balancing standard Salesforce capabilities with custom development (Apex, LWC)
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product releases
• Develop and implement Salesforce automation to improve scalability and operational efficiency
• Define success metrics and evaluate product performance post-launch to drive continuous improvement
• Support go-to-market efforts and ensure alignment across internal stakeholders
• Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs throughout the product lifecycle

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a related field
• Strong experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom implementations)
• Familiarity with Salesforce technologies such as Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience conducting customer research and translating insights into product decisions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth or startup-like environment
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
