Gulla CPA is building a national advisory firm focused on proactive tax planning for established business owners generating $3M to $50M in revenue. They are seeking a Senior Tax Consultant to expand from execution into strategic thinking and provide hands-on exposure to advisory thinking early in their career.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review business and individual tax returns
• Assist in proactive tax planning engagements
• Identify planning opportunities during return preparation
• Participate in client advisory meetings
• Support multi entity and multi state tax structures
• Work directly with Managers and Senior Managers on strategy development
• Develop communication skills for client facing conversations

Skills

• 3+ years of public accounting experience
• Solid foundation in business and individual taxation
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
• Curiosity about tax strategy beyond compliance
• Interest in long term professional growth
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
