Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking an experienced SailPoint IAM Engineer to support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting scalable IAM solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and security stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint
• Implement user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification processes
• Develop and support role-based access controls and governance policies
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications, directories, and databases
• Perform identity lifecycle management and access reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues and incidents
• Collaborate with security teams, application owners, and business stakeholders
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
