They are seeking a Remote Senior or Staff Software Engineer to implement core functionalities using Ruby on Rails, prototype AI features, and make architectural decisions to enhance their tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Partner with our other very senior Rails developers who have been using the framework since 2.3
• Implement core functional using Rails
• Prototype, ship, and launch AI features using LLMs, APIs, and related tools
• Build and deploy integrations to expand functionality
• Make architectural decisions that drive the next generation of our tech stack
• Build and maintain components in both React and TypeScript
• Work closely with technical product teams to create custom user experience-led features
