Responsibilities

• Design and solve real-world retail and customer service scenarios to test AI reasoning
• Write clear, structured responses covering sales strategies, team management, merchandising, and conflict resolution
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, professionalism, and operational insight

Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Retail Supervisor, Sales Lead, or Store Manager
• Strong understanding of sales management, customer service standards, and performance metrics
• Experience leading sales teams and managing daily store operations
• Excellent English communication and reasoning skills
