Responsibilities

• Design and solve real-world administrative and leadership scenarios to test AI reasoning
• Write clear, structured solutions covering workflow management, task delegation, documentation standards, and performance tracking
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, and operational insight
• Collaborate with AI researchers to improve model understanding of team coordination, office communication, and administrative systems

Skills

• 4+ years of experience as an Office Supervisor, Administrative Lead, or Team Coordinator in a corporate or healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of administrative operations, team leadership, and process optimization
• Comfortable using web-based tools for data review and evaluation
• Excellent English communication and organizational reasoning skills
