Lead Advisor is a wealth management consulting and search firm, and they are seeking a Relationship Manager to serve as a trusted point of contact for an established client base. The role involves delivering personalized financial planning solutions and expanding the client base through proactive relationship management and business development.

Responsibilities

• Expand the client base through referrals and next-generation relationship development
• Deliver holistic financial planning solutions, including investments, insurance, and advanced planning strategies
• Lead discovery meetings, plan presentations, and periodic review sessions to ensure alignment with client goals
• Prepare and present financial plans and recommendations
• Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships through exceptional service
• Update client plans and recommend appropriate financial products and strategies
• Ensure a consistently high-quality client experience across all interactions
• Identify, attract, and onboard new clients focusing on 2nd generation planning
• Generate referrals from existing client relationships
• Adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Collaborate effectively within a team while maintaining the ability to work independently
• Uphold strict confidentiality and professional integrity

Skills

• Life & Health Insurance License (resident and non-resident, including Florida)
• Securities licenses: SIE, Series 7, and series 63
• CFP®
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in financial services, wealth management, or a similar field
• Demonstrated success in generating leads and acquiring new clients
• Background in sales, client service, or other client-facing roles
