They are seeking entrepreneurial Regional Sales Managers to drive agency growth and market expansion across key territories, building relationships and influencing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow agency relationships across your territory
• Drive submission growth and increase agency engagement
• Lead onboarding, activation, and long-term agency development strategies
• Conduct strategic, data-driven performance conversations with agency partners
• Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, service, and marketing teams
• Represent the organization at industry meetings, agency visits, and events
• Operate with true territory ownership and entrepreneurial flexibility

Skills

• Must be located within one of these 5 areas to be considered: Northern California; Houston, Texas; Tristate(NJ, NY, CT); New England; Louisiana
• Commercial insurance sales, territory management, or distribution experience
• Background working with independent agents, MGAs, wholesalers, or specialty markets
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
• Creative, strategic mindset with strong business development instincts
• Comfortable with travel and face-to-face agency engagement
