Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for entry-level and intern technical roles
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Coordinate interviews, debriefs, and support candidates through the offer process
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruiting systems
• Support high-volume hiring across multiple teams

Skills

• 2–4 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
• Experience with candidate screening and assessment
• Background in high-volume recruiting environments
• Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles
• Exposure to university/early-career hiring (interns and entry-level) as well as industry hiring
• Experience with offer management, candidate engagement, and closing candidates
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
