Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Association of International Certified Professional Accountants is transforming the accounting and finance profession. The Psychometric Analyst will perform programming and data analysis for the Psychometrics and Research team, participating in statistical analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform item calibration and item analysis procedures and prepare reports for Psychometric review
• Prepare Quality Control and trend analysis reports prior to release of exam scores and perform initial review
• Perform ad hoc data analyses upon request
• Partner with Psychometricians on data preparation for research projects
• Help test systems enhancements and other process changes
• Revise and create SAS macros and other software programs (e.g., Panel building) for operational work

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, psychology, statistics, computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the testing industry or related experience
• Knowledge and application of statistical concepts
• Intermediate SAS programming skills
• Experience with data workflow management, database management, and data visualization
• Experience with R or Python, Quarto, and/or Rmarkdown
