Responsibilities

• Subscribe to RFP boards, evaluate RFPs, match solutions, answer questions, and manage deadlines
• Use internal AI bots and agents to query content and review answers
• Project management required for legal and compliance reviews
• Build and maintain a database of answers for reuse
• Potential use of Starbridge tool for RFP management

Skills

• Writing, organization, and communication skills
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Four-year degree
• RFP or grant writing experience
• Experience with public or non-profit institutions
• AI and large language model experience
