The role involves owning all aspects of growth, including B2C acquisition and B2B partnerships, while working directly with the founder.

Responsibilities

• You own growth. All of it. B2C acquisition, B2B university and institutional partnerships, content strategy, brand awareness, and the sales process from first contact to signed contract
• You're not executing a playbook someone else wrote. You're writing it
• The B2B pipeline is real - universities, career centers, workforce development programs. The product is built for it. But nobody is working it yet
• You'd work directly with the founder. No layers, no committees, no waiting for approval

Skills

• SaaS experience
• Experience in B2B sales cycles
• Experience in cold outreach
• Ability to build a brand presence without a budget
• Financial runway to work equity-only through first revenue
• EdTech experience is a strong plus
