Principal Accountabilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consumer research, R&D, and engineering. Compile and evaluate research on future product requirements. Identify enhancements to current products. Assist the product development team in testing strategies, including pricing, product design, marketing, advertising, and packaging. Knowledge & Skill Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent years of experience in a similar industry). One year of related experience preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proficient PC skills. Knowledge & Application: Good knowledge of a single specialist area through prior study or experience.
