Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking multiple Project Managers to support a high-volume, multi-site signage and brand implementation program. This is a fully remote, contract opportunity ideal for candidates who excel in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from kickoff through completion (scope, schedule, budget, and quality)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, engineering, production, field services)
• Develop and maintain project timelines and execution plans
• Source and manage installers and subcontractors
• Track project progress, financials, and key milestones
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
• Communicate project updates to internal teams and stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Skills

• Experience managing projects in: Construction
• Experience managing projects in: Manufacturing
• Experience managing projects in: OR multi-site rollouts/programs
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Solid understanding of budgeting and project financial tracking
• PMP or CAPM certification
