They are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Acquisition Integration to lead integration projects following mergers and acquisitions, ensuring alignment of systems and processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans for acquisition integration, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure smooth integration of acquired entities
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption during integration
• Serve as the primary point of contact for integration updates, providing clear and timely communication to executives and stakeholders
• Recommend and implement best practices for integration processes to improve efficiency and reduce complexity. Develop and refine playbook for future acquisitions
• Monitor progress against KPIs and report on integration success metrics to leadership

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification preferred
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in M&A or acquisition integration projects
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-functional projects in a remote environment
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
• PMP certification
