The Project Manager will play a key role in managing relationships with major brands, investors, and advisors while ensuring company operations run efficiently as it scales.

Responsibilities

• Brand partnership pipeline from first intro to signed contract
• Investor relations follow-up cadences for our active seed round
• Airtable CRM — every lead has a status, a next action, and a date
• Advisor coordination and back-channel follow-ups
• Small remote ops team oversight
• Daily briefings and inbox management for the founder
