Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ActiveSoft, Inc is seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Oracle ERP and Distribution Center Operations. The role involves owning the product strategy and roadmap for Distribution Center ERP capabilities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Distribution Center ERP capabilities
• Partner with Supply Chain and DC Operations teams to define product requirements
• Collaborate with engineering and ERP teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Drive cross-functional alignment and product adoption
• Track KPIs and continuously improve product performance

Skills

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Strong experience with Oracle ERP and ERP-integrated supply chain solutions
• Hands-on experience supporting Distribution Center/Warehouse Operations
• Experience with WMS (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS, or similar)
• Strong understanding of inventory, receiving, putaway, picking, shipping, and warehouse workflows
• Experience working cross-functionally with business, IT, engineering, and operations teams
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills
• Agile/Scrum experience preferred
• Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS)
• Retail, wholesale, or large-scale distribution environment experience
