• Experience owning requirements across enrollment, eligibility, rates, data feeds, and benefits administration workflows including COBRA and CDH
• Experience delivering enrollment or benefits administration features (need to be on employer/ administration side not just member)
• Experience on large, complex programs
• Strong API Experience is preference
• Workflows experience
• UX Research experience
• Comfort bringing multiple systems and experiences together into a single domain across many portals
