This fully remote position offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling and the opportunity to provide virtual care to patients experiencing back, neck, and joint pain. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an innovative digital health environment. Position Overview This role offers the opportunity to provide virtual care to patients experiencing back, neck, and joint pain while working alongside a multidisciplinary team in a fast-growing digital health environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient evaluations and medical screenings.
• Perform follow-up assessments and manage patient escalations.
• Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions via telehealth.
• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and health coaches.
• Participate in clinical discussions and quality improvement initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered virtual care.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Minimum 2 years of Musculoskeletal (MSK) or Orthopedic experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Telemedicine experience.
• Health-tech or startup experience.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary care environment.
• Additional state licenses are a plus.
