Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot third-party clinical applications
• Manage application configuration, upgrades, patches, and maintenance
• Support integrations using HL7/FHIR
• Troubleshoot interface and data flow issues
• Support user access, security roles, and permissions
• Coordinate with infrastructure, interface, and vendor teams
• Support testing, incident management, and documentation

Skills

• 10+ Years of experience
• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc
• Clinical Application, Healthcare
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable
