Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RIVUS Consulting LLC is currently seeking a part-time Proposal Writer Intern to support their team. This role involves preparing technical and marketing proposals for government agencies, offering hands-on experience in proposal development and business communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with proposal preparation, editing, and formatting
• Coordinate resumes, project descriptions, and qualifications packages
• Support compliance reviews of RFPs, RFQs, and task order solicitations
• Assist with marketing materials, capability statements, and presentations
• Maintain proposal databases and document libraries

Skills

• Senior-level undergraduate, graduate student, or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Business, Public Relations, or a related field
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Proficiency in Adobe PDF Writer, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Graphic software skills e.g. Canva a plus
