Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day finance operations
- Lead a small US-based team of three accountants
- Work closely with the CFO to build out a finance function
Skills
- A CPA (non-negotiable)
- Professional services or consulting background
- Experience in a smaller company, building or improving processes
- Comfortable being hands-on across AP, AR, and GL, not just overseeing
- You've grown a small or startup finance function
- NetSuite experience
- Experience consolidating multiple entities across regions with multi-currency
