The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Intelligent Advisor and relevant OIA certifications, focusing on enhancing user experience and workflow automations.

Responsibilities

• They use OIA for better user experience in requisitions entry, approvals and workflow automations
• Strong experience with Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) / Oracle Policy Automation (OPA)
• OIA certification/credentials required
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into OIA solutions
• Hands-on experience with business rules, decision modeling, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
