Utilize remote notary technology and software to complete notary transactions. Maintain confidentiality and security of all notarized documents and client information. Educate clients on the benefits of remote online notary services and assist in the onboarding process. Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline the notary process. Act as a brand ambassador for First American by promoting our mission of making notarization easier and more accessible. Communicate effectively with clients and team members through various communication channels, including email, phone, and video conferencing. Maintain accurate records of all notary transactions and provide regular reports to management. Continuously strive to improve notary services and provide innovative solutions to make the process more efficient. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. Work independently and efficiently in a remote setting with flexible hours.
