The Ohio Real Estate Consultant will guide clients through real estate transactions, conduct consultations, prepare market analyses, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and following up with leads
• Conducting virtual or in-person buyer and seller consultations
• Preparing and presenting comparative market analyses
• Coordinating property showings
• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Negotiating terms and conditions on behalf of clients
• Collaborating with lenders, inspectors, and title companies to ensure smooth transactions
• Participating in ongoing training
• Using company-provided marketing tools and CRM systems
• Maintaining accurate records to support both individual and team goals

Skills

• Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, with the ability to advise clients on market conditions, property values, and transaction processes
• Proven Sales skills, including lead conversion, relationship building, and consistent follow-up with prospective and active clients
• Effective Negotiation skills to advocate for client interests, structure win-win agreements, and manage multiple offers and counteroffers
• Interest or experience in Training, coaching, or knowledge sharing to contribute to a collaborative, learning-focused team environment
• Active (or in-process) Ohio real estate license, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one within required timelines
• Comfort working remotely with strong self-management, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional client-facing demeanor across phone, video, email, and text
• Ability to use technology tools (CRM systems, MLS platforms, digital signatures, virtual meeting tools, and basic marketing platforms)
• Commitment to ethical practice, fair housing compliance, and delivering a high standard of client service
