V Group Inc. is a NJ-based IT Services and Products Company, and they are seeking a Medicaid Service Coordinator to lead the development of operational reporting for the Medicaid Enterprise System. This role involves ensuring compliance with Medicaid and CMS reporting requirements while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Research federal, state, and CMS regulations
• Gather, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources
• Analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Maintain operational reporting and outcome statement databases
• Develop dashboards, charts, graphs, and other data visualizations
• Draft MES outcome statements and program metrics
• Identify business process improvements using data-driven analysis
• Maintain Operational Report Workbook (ORW) schedules
• Collaborate with Business Leads and Project Teams to develop state-specific outcome statements
• Contribute to Advanced Planning Documents (APDs)
• Attend and facilitate meetings while presenting findings
• Support Project Leads and SMEs with CMS certification activities
• Participate in CMS certification presentations and reviews

Skills

• 3+ years of MMIS/CMS Certification experience. (Required)
• 3+ years of CMS Medicaid Enterprise Systems or Federal Regulations experience. (Required)
• 5+ years managing multiple projects and priorities. (Required)
• 5+ years using Microsoft Project Suite, MS Teams, Zoom, and collaboration tools. (Required)
• 5+ years of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets experience. (Required)
• 5+ years of excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Required)
• 5+ years using data to improve business outcomes. (Required)
• 5+ years of stakeholder engagement and collaboration. (Required)
• 5+ years of data visualization software experience. (Required)
• 5+ years using Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar project tracking tools. (Required)
• 5+ years creating PowerPoint presentations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). (Required)
• 5+ years of State Government Health & Human Services experience including Medicaid, MMIS, claims processing, eligibility, or HHS analytics. (Required)
• 3+ years of Medicaid, MMIS, claims processing, or related healthcare experience. (Highly Desired)
