Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Walton Isaacson, LLC is seeking a Media Biller to support their Finance & Accounting Department. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely preparation of client invoices, maintaining billing records, and assisting with accounts receivable reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Create invoices according to company practices
• Create reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested
• Review billing documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with client contracts and company policies
• Maintain organized billing records and supporting documentation in accordance with company retention policies
• Collaborate with the Manager to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic (at least bimonthly) basis
• Assist Accounting Manager in reconciling accounts each month
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with internal departments and vendors
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with WI’s standards of conduct
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with vendors
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
