[Remote] Marketing Manager, Promotions

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Active Interest Media is seeking a Promotions Manager to drive growth across new business initiatives including tours, events, product, and membership. This role owns the planning and execution of integrated promotional campaigns that accelerate acquisition, conversion, and retention across a portfolio of enthusiast media brands.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end promotional strategy across new business initiatives digital products, tours, events, and memberships
  • Build and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, web, paid media, and external channels
  • Drive audience, acquisition and conversion through optimized funnels, testing, and segmentation
  • Partner with product, editorial, and marketing teams to align promotions with launches and content moments
  • Support go-to-market planning for new products, offers, and revenue streams
  • Identify and activate cross-sell and upsell opportunities across brands
  • Track performance and continuously optimize against KPIs including conversion, retention, and revenue

Skills

  • 3-5 years in growth, lifecycle, promotions, or integrated marketing roles
  • Experience driving digital product revenue
  • Strong executional fluency across email, digital, and campaign management
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using testing and analytics to improve performance
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities across a matrixed org
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Experience in media, publishing, or enthusiast content brands a plus
