They are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Associate to support content development, brand awareness, community engagement, and social media growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an on-camera personality for selected short-form video content
• Brainstorm and develop creative content concepts aligned with company goals
• Assist in growing SOZI AI's presence across social media platforms
• Identify relevant trends and opportunities for audience engagement
• Support community-building and brand awareness initiatives
• Collaborate closely with the Founding Social Media & Content Creator on content strategy and campaign planning
• Research competitors, industry trends, and best practices
• Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and storytelling initiatives
• Assist with content planning and execution
• Help strengthen SOZI AI's relationship with students, young adults, healthcare stakeholders, and future users

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable appearing on camera
• Familiarity with social media platforms and current digital trends
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or LinkedIn
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and content performance
• Interest in startups, healthcare, technology, or entrepreneurship
