The Manager, Healthcare Quality Project Manager will manage and influence healthcare quality projects and initiatives, partnering across business units to improve healthcare quality products, services, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and influence healthcare quality projects and initiatives through design, development, and implementation
• Partner across business units to meet business needs and accomplish goals

Skills

• At least 1 year Project Management experience
• 5 + years clinical and/or managed care experience in quality management
• Associates degree or higher required
• 2+ years NCQA accreditation experience
• Certified Associate in Project management (CAPM)
• Certified Professional in Health Quality (CPHQ)
• Strong communication skills with external clients, primarily regulatory and accreditation partners, including problem resolution and escalating project risks
• Independent clinical license or Registered Nurse (RN)
• Experience with data analysis/manipulation in Excel
