The role involves providing legal guidance on digital business initiatives, supporting the company's digital strategy, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on digital business initiatives, including AI, cloud services, datacentre, software, licensing, and technology-driven solutions
• Responsible for guiding the company’s digital strategy, leveraging AI and emerging technologies
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of digital and technology-related agreements with global customers, partners, and suppliers
• Support digital transformation projects, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Advise on intellectual property, cybersecurity, and related regulatory issues impacting digital business
• Collaborate with global and local Legal & Integrity colleagues to ensure consistency of approach across jurisdictions
• Monitor legal and regulatory trends in digital and technology markets, proactively identifying risks and opportunities
• Protect the company’s reputation by ensuring operations meet ethical and compliance standards
• Provide training and guidance to business stakeholders on legal issues relevant to digital offerings

Skills

• Qualified lawyer with 10–15 years of experience in commercial/technology law, preferably gained in a multinational corporate or top-tier law firm environment
• Strong expertise in digital, AI, IT, cyber law, software licensing, cloud, data centre, and data protection law
• Proven track record in negotiating complex technology agreements across international markets
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to engage effectively with senior business stakeholders
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and commercially minded, with the ability to balance innovation and risk
• Previous experience in Robotics sector is preferred but not required
• Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a strong asset
