LegalTrustAI is seeking a Legal Consultant who will contribute specialized legal expertise to develop high-quality reasoning datasets across complex domains such as real estate, tax, bankruptcy, and estates. The role involves designing realistic specialty scenarios, producing reference responses, evaluating outputs, and providing feedback to improve model performance.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic specialty scenarios (e.g., real estate transactions, tax structuring, bankruptcy filings, estate planning workflows)
• Produce high-quality reference responses at attorney-level standard
• Evaluate model-generated outputs using structured rubrics
• Deliver detailed written feedback to improve model performance
• Participate in onboarding sessions and calibration exercises

Skills

• Strong experience in real estate, tax, bankruptcy/restructuring, or trusts and estates law
• Licensed legal practitioner with a J.D., LL.B., or LL.M. from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one specialty area (e.g., M&A tax, Chapter 11, estate planning, commercial real estate)
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
