Role Overview Recovery-Plus Family & Youth Mental Clinic is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential mental health services to children and families within a school-based setting. Your expertise will help foster emotional well-being and resilience among youth in our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and counseling to students and their families.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to support the mental health needs of students.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development and improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Current LCSW license in California.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical social work, preferably in a school or youth-focused setting.
• Strong understanding of mental health issues affecting children and adolescents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
