The IT Help Desk will provide technical software, hardware, and network problem resolution to all users by performing question/problem diagnosis and guide users through step-by-step solutions in a call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to end users on a variety of issues
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
• Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support
• Document, track, and monitor the problems to ensure a timely resolution
• Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
• Works under immediate supervision
