Job Responsibilities
Help consumers find the “right” insurance plan for their needs
Provide top-notch, friendly customer service via phone, email, and text
Quote & sell personal and commercial insurance policies
Assist clients with policy changes, payments, and general questions
Check in with clients at renewal to ensure satisfaction with our agency
