The Industry Principal SAP EWM Consultant will drive strategic analysis of business needs and provide expert guidance on ERP architecture, ensuring high performance and scalability while leading the creation of custom solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic analysis of business needs, translating them into comprehensive technical requirements while providing expert guidance on their impact on ERP design and functionality
• Provide expert insights on ERP solution architecture, to ensure scalability, high performance, and readiness for future growth
• Lead the creation of advanced custom solutions, offering technical direction and ensuring adherence to coding and configuration best practices
• Oversee overall strategy for system integration including ERP integration standards and provide expert guidance on data migration methodologies, to ensure accuracy, validation, and alignment with business objectives
• Drive performance optimization initiatives, establishing benchmarks and innovating strategies to maximize system efficiency, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards
• Oversee the creation of comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and design strategic knowledge transfer programs, to ensure system users and technical teams are fully equipped to maintain and utilize the ERP solution effectively

Skills

• Experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• Experience in SAP EWM
• At least four end-to-end implementation projects and at least one where performed as Lead Consultant preferably at client location
• SAP EWM SME with good knowledge of Inbound Processing Outbound Processing, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, HU Management, Transportation Units, Production Integration
• Must have experience in integration of EWM with automated warehouse – inbound and outbound processes, ASRS integration, AGV and MiR integration
• Must have experience in integration of EWM with Manufacturing and Quality Management modules
• Must have an experience working in an environment utilizing number of non ECC systems like MES, WES using interfaces such as PI, ALE etc
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location

• Good Knowledge in integration aspects with other modules SD, MM, PP, Manufacturing and QM
• Knowledge of S/4 HANA simplifications in logistics area will be an added advantage
• Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements
• Should have working experience in a highly regulated environment
• Good analytical and Communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
• Experience with EWM integration with other SAP modules, such as SD, MM, and PP
• Certification in SAP EWM
• Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis
• Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore
• Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day
